Hopeium Terms & Conditions

It is ok, not to be ok — and that includes reading the fine print.

Welcome to Hopeium. When placing an order through our webshop, you are entering into a binding agreement governed by the terms below. We’ve done our best to make them clear, fair, and respectful — just like we believe fashion should be.


1. Orders

1.1 When you place an order, you are making a formal offer to purchase a product. Once confirmed by us, a purchase agreement is in effect.

1.2 We do our utmost to ensure that stock availability on the site is accurate. However, in rare cases, product availability may change unexpectedly. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately with options for a replacement, later delivery, or a full refund.

1.3 Prices may be updated without prior notice. Should an incorrect price be listed, we reserve the right to amend it and offer you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

1.4 If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly. Any payment already made will be fully refunded within 30 days.


2. Payment

2.1 We offer a range of secure payment methods, including:

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • iDeal
  • Bancontact / Mister Cash
  • SOFORT Banking
  • Maestro

2.2 After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2.3 For any order inquiries, feel free to reach us at support@hopeiumclothing.com Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.


 3. Shipping & Returns

3.1 We ship within the EU using PostNL and DPD, and outside the EU using PostNL and UPS. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.

3.2 For customers outside the European Union, VAT (Dutch Sales Tax) will be automatically removed upon checkout once your non-EU shipping address is confirmed.

3.3 Please note that international duties, customs charges, and taxes are not covered by us and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels once handed over to the courier.


4. Delivery Tracking

4.1 As soon as your order is processed by our shipping partner, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. You may track your delivery status at any time.


5. Product Quality & Defective Items

5.1 All Hopeium products are photographed and presented with great attention to detail and accuracy. If your item does not match expectations, please contact us or return it in accordance with our return policy.

5.2 In the case of a defect or incorrect product, we will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

5.3 If a replacement is not available, a store credit for the full value will be provided.


6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 You may return any full-priced item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Note: Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

6.2 All items must include original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, and be in unworn condition. Shoes must be returned in their original box, without marked soles. Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.

6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. We advise using a tracked shipping method, as you are liable until the item is received.


7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@hopeiumclothing.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll reserve the replacement item for you if available. Please note, exchanges are limited to one per original purchase, and shipping fees may apply.


8. Discount Codes

8.1 Discount codes are valid for 3 months from issue and may be used once toward a single order. Any unused balance will expire after use. Codes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.


9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Hopeium website — including branding, photography, video, copywriting, and design — is the exclusive property of Hopeium or its content partners.

9.2 To request usage of any Hopeium content for press or editorial purposes, please contact us at info@hopeiumclothing.com


10. Privacy Policy

At Hopeium, we value your privacy as much as we value a perfect fit. Your personal information is collected solely for order fulfillment and service communication.

We do not sell or share your data, and it is securely stored and deleted within one year if no further interaction occurs.
